Russia 2 - St Petersburg

As we headed back to our hotel we passed Stroganov Palace on the Moika River that was built in the 1750s. This aristocratic residence houses part of the collections of the State Russian Museum but was once the home of the Counts Stroganov. Some parts of its interior are open to the public and definitely worth a look.
